The Reverend Dr. Sarah Springs simply likes to be referred to as simply a servant
of God; however she is glad to do what she asked to do by her mentors and senior
advisors.
Reverend Dr. Sarah Springs was ordained as an itinerant deacon in 2002 and an
itinerant elder in 2004. She served on the ministerial staff of St. Paul AME Church
Raleigh; St Matthew AME Church Burlington NC; Macedonia AME Church Milton,
NC. She has been the shepherd of Mars Hill AME Church in Morganton; Elizabeth
AME Church Liberty NC; Joseph Temple AME Church in Laurinburg and
served as pastor at St Matthew AME Church Saxapahaw Graham.
She holds a M. Div from Shaw University and a Doctor of Ministry from Drew
University. Bishop James Davis, our presiding prelate appointed Reverend Dr. Springs pastor of St Mary AME Church at the seat of the 2022 Annual Conference.

Men’s Ministry every first Monday night of the month @ 7:00 pm.

The youth of St. Mary is  actively involved in leading our  worship experience  on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

Hours of Operation: 10:00 am until 11:00 am

When: Tuesday and Friday

Our Food Bank Policy is that we strive to service all individuals that are food insecure, regardless of race, religion, gender or creed. We will do our best to deliver this service to the community until our supplies are exhausted. Donations of healthy foods and volunteer time are gladly accepted.

On Sunday, September 25, 2022, when St Mary AME Church will celebrate their Annual Homecoming.  Our Pastor, the Reverend Dr. Sarah Springs will be our speaker at 11:00 am.  Rev. Ricky Hooker, Pastor of Parish Chapel Church Swepsonville/Saxapahaw Road in Graham along with his choir and congregation will be our guest at 2:30 pm.
